Domestic Delivery Time

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates and Sumptuous Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

 

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

 

 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

 

Ordering & Shipping

A confirmation will be sent the email address you provide upon completion of your order. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.

Order Not Received

If your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your name and order number so we can assist you.

We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped.

Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods such as launches, Black Friday Weekend, and special promotions.

 

Cancellations

Orders are processed within 24 hours of order. If you made a mistake with your purchase you may contact one of our lash experts at within 30 minutes of order placements to cancel your order.

 

Free Standard Shipping Over $50

Free standard shipping on all orders over $30 before tax. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to international shipments.

 

Taxes & Duties

All US orders are shipped from our US warehouse, taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

When ordering from Sumptuouslashes.com the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
