Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products.
If the items received are damaged, please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to with the subject line: DAMAGED. Please include your name and order number in the body of your email. we will gladly replace it damaged items reported within 4 days of receiving the items being received.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of order. If you made a mistake with your purchase, you may contact one of our lash experts at within 30 minutes of order placements to cancel your order.
